Engagement
Thank you for accepting our offer to present to you the POWER SYSTEM COURSE. Kindly read the contents of the Application Form carefully as it contains terms and conditions of a binding agreement. Upon signing the same, we would assume that you have read and understood the entire contents and therefore have willingly and voluntarily entered into an agreement with us for the above named course.

Time & Place
 Upon submitting the application form, it is deemed that you have registered for the course and shall be entitled for the following:
(a) to attend all seminars/training sessions organized under this course at the stipulated time and place; and
(b) to receive all support materials provided in the course.
Proviso : In the event that the participant cannot attend the seminars /training sessions , the participant should immediately contact the organizers to make further alternative arrangements eg. to assign transfer his/her registration for the course to friends, relatives etc subject to the consent of the organizers.
The organizers reserve the right to change seminar /training sessions hours and/or seminar /training halls or rooms during the running of the course and this will only occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, the organizers shall notify the participant in writing or verbally of the change in program. However, the organizers shall not bear any liability for such changes whereupon the participant shall make this as a basis to claim a refund of his payment.

Fees & Payments
Payment shall be according to the schedule in Attachment A which is not inclusive of traveling and accommodation expenses.
Payments shall be according to the manner stated in the Application Form.
Full payments to be made upon registration. However, participants with the consent of the organizers are allowed to pay by installments.
The participant who pays his fees by installments must ensure that he/she does not default in his/her payment. Upon default, the balance of the monies owed shall become due to the organizers. Such monies owed must be paid up immediately to the organizers without attempts to set-off, render deduction or to make counter-claims against the organizers.
All monies paid are not refundable.

Refunds
Upon the execution of the Application Form you are acknowledging that your payments are non-refundable. However, you may appeal to the organizers in writing and such an appeal will be considered on a case to case basis.

Intellectual Property
Each participant will be supplied with intellectual materials/property during the course of the seminars /training sessions .
The organizers wish to inform you that they reserve the rights titles and interests (subject to the rights of the presenters) in all intellectual property/materials provided for the seminars /training sessions and also those that are developed, created during the course of the seminars /training sessions . As such the organizers also have the right to use such materials for marketing and promoting their product.
As a participant you shall not do the following:
(a) alter, delete, amend any of the intellectual property/materials supplied;
(b) copy, reproduce the intellectual property/material and all services provided; and
(c) assign, transfer dispose or otherwise part with possession or sell the intellectual materials to third parties.

Disclosures
The organizers wish to inform the participant that they, their representatives and employees retained for the course (hereinafter referred to as ¡°the Relevant Persons¡±) do not represent themselves to be advisors for investments or licensed advisors by ASIC or any other government authority to provide investment advise.
Such Relevant Persons do not represent to the participant that they are providing investment advise or operating businesses related to investment advice as defined in the Corporations Act 2001.

Rights of Privacy
Pursuant to the Privacy Act 1988, the participant is required to complete other documents and questionnaires.

Disclaimer
The author of Power System and the company, Welltodo System Sdn Bhd are conducting the Power System Course for informational purposes only.
They disclaim the responsibility for the accuracy of the information and the consequences, losses that may arise from the usage of such information for legal, financial investment advice and investment trading.
The author and Welltodo System Sdn Bhd shall not be held responsible for all losses, liabilities, damages incurred from the use of their materials, websites, written materials, products and services¨Ctechniques, strategies and advice of their employees.
The participant is reminded that there is no guarantee that his/her business outcomes may be the same as cases sited in the seminars/training sessions.

Notices
All notices and other communications must be sent to the addresses given in the application form.Any notice required to be given under the terms of this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be sufficiently served:
(a) if it is dispatched by hand to the recipient¡¯s address on the date of delivery;
(b) it is sent by prepaid registered post addressed to the participant at the address herein before mentioned and ----in such case it shall be deemed to have been received at the time when such registered letter would in the ordinary course be delivered; and
(c) it is sent by fax and the sender¡¯s facs i mile system prints a report indicating successful transmission of the pages faxed.

Waiver
Knowledge or acquiescence by the participant hereto of or in any breach of any of the conditions or covenants herein contained shall not operate as or be deemed to be waiver of such conditions or covenants.

Agreement
This document constitutes an agreement between the organizer and the participant.
All terms other than those incorporated in this written document are hereby excluded.
This agreement is enforceable in the jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaya.
Should any provision of this agreement be held by a Court to be unlawful, invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with any rule, statute, ordinance or regulation, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
